KOVALEV MIKHAIL

General Counsel 

Mikhail graduated from Russian State University of Oil and Gas in 1997 with a degree in Jurisprudence.  

Mikhail began his career in one of the largest Russian outdoor advertising agencies. Throughout 1998-2000 Mikhail headed several business ventures.

In 2000 Mikhail joined OAO “LUKOIL” as Legal Counsel. He subsequently held positions of increasing responsibility in the Legal Division of “LUKOIL”. Following the establishment of subsidiary specializing in manufacturing, marketing and sales of lubricants in 2005, Mikhail was appointed General Counsel of “LLK-International”. In 2006-2010 he also held the position of  a Managing Director of LLK International B.V. which is a holding company for all “LLK-International” Group subsidiaries outside of Russia.
