| LUKOIL IGS INDUSTRIAL HYDRAULIC OIL LUKOIL IGS – industrial hydraulic oils based on high-purity mineral base oil that ensure high thermal-oxidative stability, anti-wear, anti-corrosion and demulsifying characteristics in combination with proper filterability. Developed in compliance with the requirements of OAO "Volzhskiy Tube-Rolling Mill" and OAO "AvtoVAZ".
Advantages
High-temperature and thermal-oxidative stability: Stable in up-to-date hydraulic systems operating under elevated temperatures and under heavy loads, in the presence of air, water and copper. No decomposition and no sludging. Anti-wear properties: The anti-wear additives contained in the oil are effective under different operating conditions, including light and tough modes with heavy loads. Filterability: Common impurities such as water and calcium salts that cause filter clogging do not affect the oil filterability. The LUKOIL IGS oils feature excellent filterability that ensures the reliable operation of up-to-date hydraulic systems furnished with filters having a fineness of up to 10 µm. Deaerating and anti-foam properties: The additive package ensures quick air liberation without foaming that reduces the risk of cavitation and oxidation and enhances the operating efficiency of a system. Compatibility: The LUKOIL IGS oils are compatible with all sealants and paint coatings normally used in contact with mineral oils. Not recommended for joint use with oils meant for the same purpose but containing zinc-free additive packages. The anti-wear additive technology used in the LUKOIL IGS oils contains zinc. It is an ideal solution for the majority of hydraulic pump types, though cannot be recommended for precision equipment models furnished with actuating devices manufactured from silver.
