LUKOIL® POLYFLEX PU 1,5-460 is a specially developed long-life grease for the bearings operating at high temperatures. The high standard of operational properties of this grease is reached due to combination of polyurea thickener, highly purified mineral oil and specially selected additive package.
LUKOIL® POLYFLEX PU 1,5-460 is applicable for all type rolling bearings operating in the temperature range from –20 °С up to +180 °С (up to +200 °C when using a centralized lubrication system).
LUKOIL® POLYFLEX PU 1,5-460 has high load carrying capacity, and is resistant to exposure of water, cooling fluids and other corrosive environments which are used in the metallurgy industry as well as in other industries where long-term operating capacity of the lubricating material is required. This grease doesn’t form carbon deposits in the friction units and is easy to be pumped through the centralized lubrication system.
