LUKOIL® PIPEFLEX 111 LTA is intended to seal all types of threads of well casing, oil-well tubing, drill pipes and pipelines of any diameter when operating at pressures up to 70 MPa. It is efficient at temperature from –50 °С to + 200 °С. Excellent for high-load tripping operations, prevents the occurrence of tight unbolting.
LUKOIL® PIPEFLEX 111 LTA based on high-quality mineral base oil blend, thickened with lithium soap fortified with package of high performance additives and solid lubricants: lead, zinc, copper and graphite.
Due to its composition, LUKOIL® PIPEFLEX 111 LTA has excellent anti-wear and extreme pressure properties, ensures reliable pipe sealing and protects thread connections from H2S and CO2, meets API RP 5A3/ ISO 13678 requirements.
