manufacturers of oils, greases and other technical fluids. The company, founded in 2005, is a 100% subsidiary of PJSC LUKOIL.
LUKOIL sells oils and greases in more than 100 countries. The company manufactures lubricants at 8 own plants, 2 JV production units and 25 third-party factories located worldwide. Its Russian production sites are located in Perm, Volgograd and Tyumen. Apart from 3 own local factories, there is JV INTESMO production site at the Volgograd refinery. Company's production assets comprise own plants in Austria, Romania, Turkey and Finland, as well as JV AddiTech in Belarus. In 2019, LUKOIL launched a new blending plant in Kazakhstan, with a capacity of 100 000 tons per year.
LUKOIL has achieved great success as a supplier of first fill and service fill oils for car manufacturers. The largest domestic and foreign producers in Russia, such as Volkswagen, Ford, Renault, Lifan, MAN, GAZ and others, choose LUKOIL lubricants for the first fill.
The company manufactures more than 800 products. A wide range of high-tech LUKOIL lubricants and greases is approved by the world's key automotive and equipment manufacturers, including MAN, Porsche, Cummins, Renault, Mercedes, Volkswagen, BMW, Danieli, Voith, ABB, etc. The company has over 1200 active official approvals by leading OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), which allows to use LUKOIL lubricants in the most advanced machinery and equipment.
Cooperating with international OEMs LUKOIL carries out joint projects on the development of future generation oils at the engineering stage of new engines and transmission systems. Today, the company participates in 20 such R&D projects, including the development of new kinds of lubricants for electric transport.
LUKOIL confidently ranks in the Top 5 of largest global marine lubricants suppliers. It provides shipping corporations with oils at over 950 ports of 100 countries.
Since June 2017, LLK-International also operates the bitumen business of LUKOIL Group. New company's bitumen strategy focuses on R&D support, product-line expansion, development of direct contracts with leading road construction market players, and export potential fulfillment. The company has mastered the production of bituminous materials meeting the latest industry standard at all of its specialized sites in Volgograd and Nizhny Novgorod. LUKOIL's bitumen assortment has more than 40 products, including polymer modified bitumen.
