Industrial cleaner for MWF supply system
It is used as an aqueous solution with a recommended working concentration of 1-4%, depending on the degree of contamination of the system. Provides effective cleaning and disinfection of individual and centralized MWF supply systems of metalworking equipment. Should be added to the system at the required concentration for 8-24 hours before draining the emulsion or solution for replacement. Allowed not to stop the metalworking process. To prevent the system from blocking due to clogging, it is recommended to pre-clean the filters and drain holes. Upon completion of the circulation process, the MWF and cleaner must be drained from the system, the equipment must be mechanically cleaned, the equipment must be rinsed with clean water or 1-2% MWF emulsion, and the rinsing solution must be completely drained from the system. Then the system must be filled with a fresh MWF emulsion with working concentration. LUKOIL FREO SCL PLUS can be used as a MWF, information on the recommended concentration must be clarified with the supplier.
