LUKOIL LAUNCHES SPECIAL LUBRICANTS FOR FOOD INDUSTRY EQUIPMENT

INTESMO, the joint venture of LUKOIL and Russian Railways, introduces to the market new LUKOIL food grade (FG) oils and greases for food processing equipment.
LUKOIL's updated product range includes FLEX family consistent greases, gear, hydraulic and compressor oils, high-temperature chain oils, vacuum pump oils and white oils used as process liquid in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
All new products are certified as per NSF (National Sanitary Fund) requirements in the H1 category, which confirms the applicability of lubricants in the food industry. The raw materials for manufacturing the new products are polyalphaolefin lubricants and pharmaceutical white oils.

INTESMO Joint Stock Company is the largest manufacturer of consistent greases in Russia. The company was founded by LUKOIL and Russian Railways in 2010. In 2014, the cooperation development led to construction of the INTESMO plant in Volgograd. Its capacity is 30,000 tons per year, and the product mix features more than 100 kinds of greases and compounds, including innovative FLEX greases for diverse sectors of industry.
